Effective October 1, 2025, all prior authorization requests should be submitted through the designated portal. This has been previously communicated as part of the transition to the MHK platform and does not impact the process for submitting requests through Evicore.

Utilizing our provider portal for all prior authorization submissions streamlines administrative processes and allows for timely request determinations, enhancing the overall experience for both you and our members.
