We are pleased to announce the addition of Optum’s Real-time Eligibility Verification 270/271, effective February 16, 2026.

Optum’s availability is not replacing our current real-time eligibility with Smart Data Solutions (SDS), however, it gives providers options when transacting with our health plan. Optum’s search options include:

Eligibility Subscriber

· Member ID, First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth
