We are pleased to announce that we have partnered with NantHealth to give your practice access to Eviti Connect® for Autoimmune Diseases.

While we do not have a specific go-live date at this time, we want to ensure you are aware that these changes will be implemented in the near future.

Eviti Connect® for Autoimmune Diseases is a web-based platform enabling real-time priorauthorization for drugs used to treat autoimmune diseases. The platform reflects the standards and requirements of our plan language. Through this website, you can:

• Expedite approval for patient treatment

• Alleviate treatment delays through reduced denials and appeals

• Ensure and validate requirements for reimbursement

• Discuss open authorization requests with the Eviti clinical team

• Access free support and training

Please keep an eye out for future notices, which will provide detailed information on the exact date of the process change as well as training options for the staff in your office.
