On October 16, 2025, we notified you about an important update to our Behavioral Health Services vendor.

As a reminder, beginning January 1, 2026, members enrolled in our Health Partners Plans CHIP, Jefferson Health Plans Medicare Advantage and Jefferson Health Plans Individual and Family Plans will receive their behavioral health benefit through Optum Behavioral Health. Member benefits/coverages will not change with this transition.
