As a Jefferson Health Plans member, you have access to the medications you need, with low or no copays, from the pharmacies you trust. Our Individual and Family Plans include prescription drug coverage with access to more than 1,500 local and chain pharmacies throughout our coverage area.

*Please note that the pharmacy directory is branded with Health Partners Plans, our former company name. We will be updating the branding to Jefferson Health Plans in the near future.

To find a pharmacy in your area, use the online Provider Directory.

Enter your zip code in Step 2 and select 'Pharmacy' in Step 3. Refine your search by entering your Member ID or search using a specific pharmacy name.
