Where can I find a new doctor or specialist?
The easiest way to find a doctor is to use our online provider search tool to find a list of in-network providers.
What if I don’t know my member ID?
Your member ID, metal level, and other information about your plan can be found on your Jefferson Health Plans ID card. You will receive your card before your coverage begins. Carry your card wherever you go. It’s proof that you have health insurance with us. To access your digital ID card, log into the member portal.
