About Drug Utilization Review
The program is designed to identify and correct potentially harmful prescribing patterns, and it helps to enhance community prescribing standards and detect patterns of possible fraud and abuse.
Jefferson Health Plans is committed to continuous quality improvement, including annual evaluations of the DUR program, resulting in frequent improvements and a program that is responsive to the needs of our members and providers.
