About SilverSneakers®
Members of all Jefferson Health Plans Medicare plans have access to SilverSneakers, a nationwide health program that focuses on four important areas for members: stamina, strength, flexibility and balance.
With more than 16,000 fitness centers and gyms nationwide plus in-person and online classes, or an at-home fitness kit, you're sure to find the right fitness program for you. Members can also opt for access to the Salvation Army Kroc Center of Philadelphia or Camden, or the PASSi Evergreen Center.
