We have a wide variety of in-person and virtual programs and events at our Community Wellness Center, located at 6232 Market Street in Philadelphia.
From chair yoga to line dancing to Tai Chi, we have something for everyone. Visit our online calendar to see more.
Services
Our CWC staff, care coordinators, Member Relations representatives and sales agents can support you in a variety of ways:
- Member Relations can help you with plan assistance, ID cards, changing your primary care provider, referral assistance, member materials and enrollment questions.
- Community Health & Social Workers can talk with you about your health needs, connect you with community resources, schedule health care appointments and set up orders for free and discounted food.
